Individual Constellation with Figures

An individual constellation is tailored to the specific needs and topics of the client.

It consists of a conversation and the systemic work, the constellation.

In the conversation, the client and the facilitator identify a specific concern, challenge, or goal. This could be a personal problem, a professional question, or an emotional issue.

After that, the actual constellation begins.

Figures are placed in the room or on the system board to represent family members or other elements in the client’s life and are placed in relation to each other. This visualizes the client’s inner dynamics.

Group Constellation

In this format, a group of people is assembled, often unfamiliar with each other. It usually lasts one to two days. No prior knowledge or experience is needed.

For each group member a different topic will be worked upon. The conversation to clarify the concern is conducted in the plenary.
The members of the group act as representatives and are selected by the client after the conversation. They take on specific roles or stand in for individuals within the system.

Group constellations offer the advantage of incorporating various perspectives and experiences from the group. The other participants gain their own insights and understanding, even if they are not chosen as representatives. This leads to a deeper understanding and compassion for the challenges of others. Additionally, it supports the collective healing and growth of all.
