In an Organizational Constellation, a representative of the organization, often a leader or team member, presents a concern, challenge, or goal. The facilitator creates a physical representation of the organization by using other participants or objects as representatives.

These representatives are positioned in accordance with the participant’s intuition or based on shared information about the organizational structure and relationships.

They can represent individuals, teams, departments, or abstract concepts such as “market,” “goals,” “competition,” “customer relations,” “conflicts,” or “values.”
